Pizza Hut

Absolute worst pizza hut every! All 3 pizzas were made incorrectly. When I called to inform them I was hung up on while explaining what was wrong. Called back spoke to manager who literally drilled me about the pizzas. Called my phone back 2 times. Once to ask for incorrect pizzas back(no problem we didn't want them obviously). Then his unprofessional staff argued how it was made. He calls back AGAIN saying there was supposed to be bacon on the pizza and that wasn't even on there! At this point I refused them to remake the pizza as I was afraid they were going to do something to them.

You could be open when I arrive at the location where my pizza said it would be available and ready at the specified time. I arrived at 8:45 pm, an employee turned off the lights and watched me walk up to the door. They got on their bike and rode off. Posted hours state open until 11pm. It’s highly unlikely I will ever order again. I will also let everyone I know to avoid Pizza Hut and inform them of the poor experience and service.

Service was disappointing and so was the food. Failed to follow order, eg: wrong type of crust, no extra cheese and over done. Couldn't even cut it as requested. Also ordered cinnabons and they came with almost no cream cheese frosting. Took way to long for curbside service, waited over 10 mins after my order was ready, for them to bring it out. When they finally did, the food wasn't even hot anymore.

Store personally failing to comply with special instructions on the order! When they are confronted about it, I feel like I am being disregarded or bold faced lied to! This makes me feel so angry! What ever happened with customer satisfaction or following basic instructions on an order? I had finally had given up even trying to get my point or making my complaints known! Thank-You.

The pizza was cooked and delivered with ultimate speed! It was so fast, the pizza was still so hot, we had to blow it off for our toddlers! It always comes hot and ready to eat. The stuffed crust is super delicious and I haven’t ate a type of crust, let alone pizza, that I didn’t enjoy at Pizza Hut!
