Pizza Hut

I ordered for carry out. I arrived 15 minutes later. I was told my pizza wasnt even on Que for another hour. REALLY.....AN HOUR FOR CARRYOUT @ 530pm??? Then I had to wait for over 38 min with kids in car for them to prioritize it and get it completed. Hte staff is really slow and older. To be completely honest wasnt thrilled with all the long haired bearded people aroung my food & no face coverings. I actually would like a refund.

First off the employee that “greeted” me was extremely rude. I was snapped at for not waiting the required time before coming in. The website said 25 to 30 minutes for carryover and my email said 5:40. I understood it was a Friday night and it might take a little longer but I had no way of knowing how much longer. Second, while I was waiting two employees got into an argument that looked like it was going to come to blows before another employee stepped in. The employee that stepped in did apologize to everyone waiting. After waiting another 20 minutes I told the to just cancel my order as I had somewhere my family had to be. So after all this I’m out that money and I still had to pay for food again for my family. If this is how this store in run i will make sure to go elsewhere in the future. I also know this counts for very little to a corporation but I will also alert sure and share this information with others.
