Went to get bagels this AM with intent to sit down and enjoy with a coffee. Still no inside seating. What is going on? Mt Vernon road location has inside dining, why doesn’t this store.

Like a lot of small businesses coming out of the pandemic, this Brurgger's is rebuilding with some new hires. Everything was perfectly fine, it just took a little longer than it used to.

Was there to do a doordash delivery waited for 10 people to go through the line a notified him that I was there,then I got in line. after getting to the counter I was told they were just too busy and going I was going to have to wait this was after 10 minutes. I noticed there to go orders list was on to the floor. I get some stores have shortages but maybe you should turn off your doordash machines if you're not able to handle the business

I know it was busy and I’m always happy to give leniency for that. But they never seem to change gloves between handling meat/egg sandwiches and just toasted bagels with cream cheese or butter and now my bagel tastes like ham even though I didn’t order anything with ham. They also frequently put the bagels on the same toasting pad as meat, which causes the same problem. They have a toaster that rolls through they could just put the bagels on but they never seem to use that option

Worst place ever. They woodl see you waiting on a order and wouldn't even open their months to ler you know anything. I waited 20 minutes for a order . The entire morning crew needs to be fired and replaced with people that's gonna move faster

staff was for the most part decent. Food was bland. The meat on the brisket was gross. The bacon was pretty bland. Wasn’t impressed

The north Brueggers has very disappointing staff. I think Amanda is the lead and has a very bad attitude when its busy. The south Brueggers on Mount Vernon Road is the best. They are attentive, respectful, and want to get the job done efficiently.
