Been stopping here every three weeks with my dad on the days he has chemo for the last 3+ years. Staff is always great and coffee is made perfectly every time!

The core staff at this location make all the difference. Helpful, friendly, good with a suggestion if you feel indecisive - they make a good product into an excellent experience. Especially for the many senior citizens who come in for medical appointments, who may not be as familiar with the "coffeehouse" experience.

Staff is amazing!! Manager and asst. Manager really know how to give great customer service! I stop in almost every morning before work. They are prompt and always make my drink how I like!! They know me by name and remember what I order. For sure my first choice for a coffee run!

Caribou Coffee locations are always friendly, sorta kinda hipsterish, and have great coffee well served. This location is one owned by Hy-Vee and also has some of their very reasonably priced sandwiches and other goodies available. They don't seem to have a grasp of the Caribou loyalty card system. This location seems to be lit up better than most, which makes it less cozy but it remains an absolute must visit for post doctoring coffee. Note that this location is inside the PCI medical complex, so parking is iffy at times.

This was in the physicians building. Had a real tasty coffee. I sat down and watched TV. There. Are 3 Tvs There are tables if you wanted to eat. Has a small amount of food. And. Large choice of. Caribou coffee.
