Applebee's

The service was wonderful. Waitress was very fast and polite. Food not so great. Haven't been to an applebees for a year and the quality of their food has declined alot. My husband chicken was like rubber and no favor. Salads were terrible nothing but the end pieces. Could have gone to another place for same cost with quality food. We will not be going back to an Applebee's.

We took my 9 year old daughter there for lunch 6/22/22 she ordered the kids macaroni and cheese and some yogurt. First when the food arrived it was slammed down on the table by someone who was not our server, she put tue food down and walked away. My daughter picked up her macaroni bowl to bring it closer to her and instantly started crying. The bowl had burned her fingers. I touched the bowl and it was hot, not a little bit hot but hot like it had been in an oven. Her two fingers were bright red and swollen. The waitress was informed as to what happened, apologized and then a manager came out and apologized stating that it wasn't supposed to happen and she would let the cook know. We boxed up her macaroni 15-20 min after this and the bowl was still hot to the touch. A kids meal should not come out like this, especially with no warning like "be careful, it's hot" Was an awful experience for us, will not he back anytime soon

First time at being at this Applebee’s and my experience was eh. Menu has gotten smaller since the last time I ate at an Applebees. I got the bacon cheeseburger and an order of french fries. Food was good but could’ve done a little bit better on the portion size for the fries. Downfall of my experience was for some odd reason I was charged an extra 2.35. I didn’t add tip to the receipt so it’s not that. Was just told by a manager that if it doesn’t clear up in a few days then to call them back and see what they can do for being charged extra. Waited quite a bit for my meal considering I was hungry and hadn’t eaten anything all day due to me working. At least the manager wasn’t rude about it. I’ve had managers be rude about it when I tell them I was charged extra on my card when I shouldn’t have. Even in his computer it was the correct total not the total and an additional 2.35. I’ll give this location a chance again in the future possibly.
