Fantastic food and service. The sushi is fresh and the quality of the dishes never disappoints. The service is top notch and you can tell they really care. Honestly, I don’t think you could go wrong with any dish at this place. And the side salad and soup that come with the dishes are very tasty.

The experience here was awesome! The chef was great and made the experience awesome with jokes, and was interactive with the crowd. The food was delicious and more than enough for one person, I ended up having to take food to go!

Delicious, friendly and warm environment! Always have a fun time while I am there, if I am with my husband or a large group same level of service AMAZING! The sushi is so fresh and the tastes and options are large and great variety. My absolute favorite is the Leprechaun Roll!

Very well priced! Sashimi is EXCELLENT! I got the “Sashimi Regular” platter (this picture if after eating a few pieces - oops). Decently priced as well.

Update- Great food, best sushi in town and really good service. I eat here at least once a week. My go to spot. Got my order to go. The Oyama Roll and the Iowa City Roll are absolutely wonderful!

Sashimi was amazing if you like raw fish! I can't eat ingredients in their salad and only alternative was to have an extra bowl of onion soup. The soup was okay, tastes kinda like the broth powder in cheap ramen. The chef put on a great show and they have a safety person standing near a fire extinguisher just in case. The chef did a fantastic job interacting with us. The food he prepared was delicious and we did not order the same things. The garlic fried rice was so amazing!! Chopsticks are available if you ask for them. Our servers were also very attentive and got orders correct and kept our drinks filled before they got empty. Would have been 5 stars if the soup had been better and there was another alternative to salad.

The food was not bad, about average. The grill chef was SO much fun. We had extended family with us that had never been to a teppanyaki restaurant. They loved it. Totally worth it. We will definitely be back.

So absolutely delicious!!! The drink was on fire in the middle! The Anniversary Roll was really good. They allowed me to sub scallops for steak with an upcharge in their combo yakisoba. The scallops were positively divine. Soft and buttery sweet, definitely cooked perfectly. The miso soup was savory and refreshing. The house ginger salad dressing had the perfect balance of flavor. Next time I'm trying the teppanyaki. New favorite!!!! 😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩
