Usually love this place in the morning before work but today on Free Slurpee Day was disappointed by the machine not running. There was a helpful, courteous man cleaning the floors but the counter crew seemed exasperated and stressed! Plenty of people coming in for the slurpee's but leaving buying something else or empty handed! One young girl commented..."this is the worst day ever!"....left and went to a different 7 eleven to fulfill the free slurpee dream!....Just went again...changing stars to five...all slurpee's no matter the size...79 cents each for a total of three huge slurpee's 2.57! You made up for the earlier dissapointment for sure! We love the Captain Crunch slurpee! Thank you 7-eleven!

I was in hurry as I was about to miss a boat trip to lake travic. went to the store this afternoon to quickly grab a smoke. as I was in hurry, kept the car on the road making sure I was not blocking any other car and my wife was still on the car. went inside grab the pack and about to pay. all happen less that 30 sec. one of their employee came in and started yelling at me. he also instructed other employee not to sell anything to me unless I park the car right. then literally he through me out of the store. this store need to learn how to talk to the customer even when customer is wrong. it was my regular station for gas an other stuff for last 4 years. I'm never going back there again.

Some old blonde (grey?) lady refused to sell me alcohol at 11:58pm tonight. I was literally walking to the register and she told me she wouldn't sell it after midnight after letting me waste my time browsing for other products. I pointed out she had 2 minutes to get me checked out and she still refused. "Stellar" service. Waste of time. Might want to get your elderly employees up to date on the tabc laws. See prior reviews on yelp about uneducated employees.
