Applebee's

The day I arrived to eat here they were short-staffed and the service was very poor, my guest and I got our food first then our drinks, and finally the appetizer. When asked when our appetizer would be out we were told it was not even put in and we were asked if we really still wanted it. Normally this place is a great eat but this time it was not.

I would like to start with the food was good the drinks are ok. The waitress did a great job. We had a dispute with the billing. When it was being resolved some things were misunderstood and I did not handle it in a diplomatic way. For this I apologize. The manager on the other hand did handle it in the most respectful and professional way possible given the situation that I didn't put him in but I did escalate it more than was needed. The end out come was more than was expected and definitely more than was deserved.

Dining experience ruined. This location has issues. Very slow service despite only a few customers. Staff standing around chit chatting instead of attending to customers. Took forever to get our food. Had to personally go to the front where the staff is chatting to request for the bill. Drinks were never refilled. Food was tasty but on the salty side.

We Went there to give my son surprise birthday party for his 18th birthday, all of the staff was really friendly. Also food was well prepared and delicious. Food came out sooner than expected. They gave complimentary fudge brownie with ice cream for the birthday boy. Like the cleanliness of the environment.
