You may be thinking about it but just don't. The food is pretty good but the customer service situation is absolutely awful. Waiting upwards of 40 minutes after the scheduled pickup time with no signs of staff for 10mins at a time and no sense of urgency when you can reach them. Sometimes they're good but all too often the service is trash. Skip it and eat elsewhere.

Clean and tidy, food was decent and plenty of it, egg rolls are really good. Had the Wonton soup it was good but the wontons themselves weren't the best. They have a really good Bun Mì and Round eye steak Phó will probably stick back to those items just preference though.

Food was outstanding! Great quality, fresh, large portions, priced well and came out fast. Nice environment, clean and may be my new favorite place to frequent!!!!

My wife and I used to love this place. Not so much these days. The combination beef Phō was all broth stingy on noodles and meat. My wife always loves the shrimp Phō but today it was thin on ingredients and generous on greasy broth. I don’t think we’ll be back.

This is the second time I've been here to eat and it was FANTASTIC! The food is great, drinks are not your typical soda machine and the service is good. The place could be updated but I come for the Great Food!

Waited 30 minutes for an order that wasn't even started yet. I asked three people about the order and all three went to check on it and never came back. Spoke with the manager and he didn't seem to care. I won't go back.

I'd give 5 stars for the food, but took off 2 stars for customer service.
I'd taken my mask off for just a minute (I was easily 10+ feet from any other guest) while I was drinking my pineapple cream soda, which I'd highly recommend, and asked an employee a question. Instead of answering me he told me that I needed to be wearing a mask and he didn't answer my question until I'd put my mask back on. You'd think a restaurant would understand that a mask has to be taken off for a few seconds to eat or drink.
