Whataburger

Stopped at this Whataburger the other day during lunch hour and ordered a double BBQ Bacon Burger with an extra patty and extra cheese. Got my order and opened the burger to add salt and pepper. The two bottom patties were smaller and not as fresh looking as the top patty. I went ahead and ate it, and it wasn't any better then it looked. I started to leave a bad review, then decided to let the manager know before posting from the safety of anonymity. I don't see the point of complaining to the world and not giving the folks that may have erred the opportunity to learn from the mistake. So I went back and asked to speak with the manager. She was most apologetic and offered to make me another burger, which I declined. She kept insisting and eventually gave me a voucher for another burger at a later date. I went back today and presented April my voucher. For that, I got the best Whataburger I've had in a long, long, time. If something goes amiss in your order, being a bit nice and understanding might go a long way.

Best fast food burger as far as I’m concerned and very filling too! Their burgers come with mustard so if you don’t like mustard be sure to adjust your order. They also have great fries which are shoestring and excellent onion rings. Every time I’ve been here I’ve gone through the drive through, and my food is always hot!
