1431 Cafe

First, I wanted to mention that my server was very kind and polite but my order was what seemed purposefully delayed while other customers were served food within 10 minutes of walking in(I was there for almost half an hour) in addition to this masks were barely worn for any extended period (Does a lot of good to sanitize a table while you're mask is off and you're singing in the direction of the table) as I tried to leave with my paid order the lady who I imagine was either the owner or the manager on duty started to hassle me about who I worked for as the order I placed was for a delivery and how they wanted no affiliation with any 3rd parties despite that I came in and placed an order, paid, and waited like any other paying customer. In the future I will not be coming here for myself or others. They don't want the business anyways if I understood them correctly. Shout out to the my server though who was just trying to do her job. I appreciate you!

Let me just start by saying the food here was SO GOOD! I will definitely be coming back because great food like this you don’t get anywhere else. I got the big breakfast plate because I thought the 1431 platter wouldn’t be enough and it’s save to say I probably would’ve done fine with the 1431 platter. The pancakes were nice and fluffy almost melted in your mouth, I don’t think I’ve ever had potatoes like the ones they have there omg delicious! I also had a cup of coffee and it was really good coffee not watered down or anything. The staff was great! We were welcomed in with a smile and briefly had to wait like 2 minutes tops for a table. Our waitress was also such a sweetheart! She gave my husband a good recommendation on his French toast and he LOVED IT! I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she was the one with light purple/lavender in her hair, she was really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed before walking away. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY GIVE THIS PLACE A CHANCE YOU WONT REGRET IT! !

Food is always great. Our server was nice, however today feb 10 the check said 22$ and change and what it charged my card was 29$ . What tipped me off was she said " I couldn't get a receipt for you"..and call us or come by if there were concerns. Red flag since we couldnt sign our credit card receipt. We asked why and she gave us 2$ back when it should have been 7. She was new there so I'm not sure what happened. I was just not comfortable with her explanation.
