They were just a little slow with service but by time we got the food it was great the waitress apologize for the delay and she was very professional and courteous but otherwise it was my first experience at Hooters and believe it or not my wife took me I loved it

In Cedar Hill this Hooters is my go to for drinks, games/fights & listen to music. Yes, they’re usually short staffed but right now, unfortunately, so is everywhere else.

I never leave reviews but I was disgusting by hearing a waitress cuss out another waitress for waiting on a man who I had noticed was sitting for quite sometime without service. I felt bad for the customer and the waitress who was only trying to help. Most Hooters that my husband and I have been to have exceptional service, this location lacks a Positive atmosphere and we definitely won’t be back to this location. Horrible.

If you are really hungry for some good food..this is not the place to go..you will be so mad that you spent your money here and you got horrible service and nasty food..not to mention they forget some of your food..you will be sitting there sayin to yourself WHAT IS REALLY GOIN ON HERE AT HOOTERS..I was so disappointed

Food was great. Service was lacking. Only 1 girl working the floor and 1 behind the bar. The girl working the floor was doing the best she could despite being solo. She needed help and for that I only gave 4 stars.

Great. Place is clean. Food was exactly how it is supposed to be. Friendly staff. I wish my local Hooters was half this good.

My waitress was amazing and the steamed shrimp was good the lemon pepper chicken was not so good… over all it had a good atmosphere for my son and me…

The wait to be seated was extremely long. Also we were ignored the entire time until we decided to have a seat at one of the booths. My food wasn't hot or resh as if it was sitting in the window forever. Wouldn't come back to this site again and do not recommend.
