Williams Fried Chicken

I don’t know why I keep trying this location , they have a lot of people working there playing and making sure their friends get free food . They don’t care about the customers and the long line in the drive thru. I’ll make that drive from cedar hill to go to the one on 67 and red bird , better customer service and fresh food .

Do not waste your money here. Ordered two piece dark. Was very salty and greasy. Livers were overcooked to dryness with 50% of breading fallen off. Chicken tenders were not tenders. They cut breast across the grain to a tender like shape. They were fried to the point where they were so dry you could not bite through. Think chicken jerky. Again 50% crust missing. “Stuffed Peppers” were chopped up jalapeño in cheese goo, breaded and frozen. Yuk. If they were brave enough to have the dining room open, I would return everything except the 2 piece. Former restaurant owner.

My wife had to wait almost 30 min for our meal. The employees were getting in and out of a car that could have been a friend of theirs. When they should have been working. No chicken was ready; you think!!! The second time they had us to drive to the front which was understandable. They brought out a half order, we told him, "this isn't all of the order." He asked, for our receipt; took it in and never came back. Another guy brought the rest of the order, when we asked, for the receipt, he said, "Oh". He goes back into the building, and comes out with a bald-up receipt. Are you kidding me!

Only giving one star because I’m unable to give them a zero. Twice in under 12 hours I went here trying to get some chicken and both times I was told they were out of chicken. The first time they said it would be 30 minutes before they had more but they were closing in 30 minutes. And today all they had was a few thighs and one breast. This is the worst chicken establishment I have ever been to and won’t be going back.
