Five Guys

Been to this location a few times. Food is good, sometimes it does take a while to get your food but there's free peanuts to snack on. Food is fresh and hot. The normal burger has 2 patties and the little burger is more normal sized. The little fries are a lot of fries for the smallest size! Easily sharable for 2 people. It hasn't been too busy when I've been at dinner time.

Wanted to update my first review. After my posted review of how terrible this location is, Brian the manager called me to apologize for the bad service. Bryan, rectified the situation. I'm satisfied with the new outcome. Hopefully he tell his employees to NEVER get mad & angry with the Customer because 5 Guy's totally got the order wrong. Just give great customer service & make things right. I will go to this location again, but always check my order b4 I leave. Thanks Bryan for making things right

THREE different occasions…(3) times in a row, my burgers I ordered were missing patties.. let me repeat that, 3 times IN A ROW, MONTHS APART, my burger was missing a patty.. This most recent time it was missing two patties (because I ordered a extra). I never complain, but at this point I had to say something because I am starting to think the manager is doing this on purpose to try and save the company money or something. Because there is no way on the first day of training you are told ALL BURGERS have 2 patties, and then you just put one on 4 different burgers on THREE different occasions.. this Cedarhill location is HORRIBLE. Corporate should DEFINITELY investigate.

Boring tasteless little cheeseburger. Now let's talk about those free rancid peanuts. To top this off the person taking my order was chewing while holding her hand over her mouth prompting me to ask her if she needed to finish eating. I hadn't gone there in a while so I couldn't wait. What a disaster Update: Received call from Byron store manager. He apologized and asked me to come back in so he could make it right. I did and it was better this time.
