Going through drive up, the worker was rushing me and couldn't have really listened to my order. Going to drive up, gave me the wrong drink and when I brought it up, was very rude and practically threw the food at me. I was with my husband and I had ordered 2 meals but when leaving, discovered we only had 1 meal. I wasn't to go back and have to deal with him again so ended up having to go to McDonalds to get me something to eat. Won't be going back anytime soon. Expensive for only 1 meal too. Terrible service!

Manger/cashier inside was great...person handing out the orders seemed to to be having a tough day...not very happy...but they gave me someone else's order that I didn't discover till I got home ...my mistake for not checking at the counter inside...very disappointed but I'll know better to always check the order from now on! I wanted to call and let them know but line has constant busy.

I'm a visitor from Chicago and I must say that the customer service was awesome everyone spoke the gentleman behind the counterwas patient while I looked over the menu, placed order, he repeated my order to make sure it was right and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious...thank you for great hospitality.

I was in the drive thru and saw a worker take her cup that she was drinking out of go over to the ice chest and dip her used cup into the ice chest…a used cup! What other kind of unsanitary practices go on? I go to this place regularly but not anymore. 🤢

My sandwhich was awful. Will not go back. Had beef and cheddar. To much sauce. It tan. All over my hands.

It's okay...i ordered the french dip twice and got a cup literally 25% filled with au jus both times...the cup even has a fill line, its not that hard...instead i was left with the decision of throwing away half of my $8 sandwich or eating it dry
