I wish the Waterloo location would open back up. This location only has half of the menu it should and they don't carry boom boom sauce anymore. The pitas seem to be about half the size the Waterloo location had as well. I guess it'll do since it's the only location around anymore. The staff seems depressed to be working there and aren't very friendly

Pitas fall apart...why are they so small? Small sample size but this place seemed like smaller portions from what I'm used to. Overall good customer service though!

Food is good but the staff always seem clueless, never smile and make the experience awkward and confusing. I only continue to go there because I like the falafel.

Pitas always taste really good. But no one smiled or really even looked up at me today. I felt like just another customer today. The man taking my money did not greet me, look at me, or say thank you once. Uncomfortable experience.

Despite there literally being only the one employee during a lunch rush with rude customers and all the craziness, he did amazing and was moving fast!!!

Staff was a bit rude and refused to add an item to the grill that I requested (this had been done many times previously). The manager brushed me off and wouldn't even explain why this couldn't be done.

When I was in college a few years ago, I would frequently go to this Pita Pit and it was great! You could use pocket points to get great deals on food and build whatever Pita you wanted.
When I returned to this location roughly a year ago, it was significantly worse (maybe new owner). The worker that served us was very rude. The location refused to accept pocket points deals directly now and instead redirects you to their personal app (which completely defeats the purpose of pocket points). They charge you excessively for different types of cheese and extras (which was never the policy before). My last experience at this location was a disappointment and I’ll not be returning.
