Yesterday I ordered a pizza and I was informed that DoorDash would be delivering. I was nervous about this because I had told Pizza Hut delivery instructions that were probably going to be ignored. Little did I know that that would be the least of my problems. The minute I opened the door I knew something was wrong when the man handed me an orange crush, Diet Pepsi, a large pizza box, and cinnamon rolls. After sending him on his way I opened the pizza to find peppers, onions, and mushrooms. None of what I ordered. I then proceeded to call my mom and ask her what I should do. She said to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant was very kindly spoken to and was told that they could remake my order. They did exactly that and 40 minutes later was greeted with the pizza that I had originally ordered. I appreciate the care they took with getting me the correct order. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much. And I am so sorry to who ever got my original pizza we clearly have different taste buds. Thank you Pizza Hut I will never forget this!

I will not be having a next visit. My online order said it would be an hour and a half til the food was ready. It was obviously ready much sooner than that and became stale sitting in the warmer. I threw the pizza away and went back to the store for a refund. In the future if you tell someone their wait time will be an hour and a half and their pizza is done an hour earlier than expected, it would not only be courteous but beneficial to your business and its ability to keep a regular customer basis to call and inform that person their food is ready earlier than expected.

Poor service. 1 hour and 40 minutes for a delivery. Cold pizza. Called them and it's was "oh delivery guy was having problems, thanks for the money". Sorry to Papa Murphy's thinking I could get a hot cooked pizza faster than I could get a delicious take home - cook yourself pizza.

If I could rate lower than a one start I would! 1st and foremost when walked in you could see that there was a box that was open that had bread sticks sitting at where people could see it and the waitress and the delivery guy were eating out of the box that was open. Second is the waitress did not have very good manners. Not very good service. In order the pizza asked for salt pepper and other condiments that you would expect to get from a pizza place and she said they didn't have any. The fountain drink did not work or at least it said out of order but could be seen getting drinks from the fountain drink. Last and foremost the pizza sucked it was the worst Pizza I have had ever. I will not be back I will not recommend this place to anyone the worst service and worst Pizza ever.

I am a little on the poor side, so when me and my fiance went out to get something to eat for a family of 4, I expected more for my money. I wanted the big family box which was 24.99 so everyone could eat. But they said they didn't have the dough for it. So the cashier told me to just get a large pizza. So me, expecting a LARGE pizza said yes. Their large pizza which was $22 is the same size of a medium pizza from dominoes and their mediums are only $6.99. I am appalled at this and will never be going back.

I stopped ordering from these guys awhile ago. I saw the commercial for the edge pizza and thought I would try them again. Delivery was on time and pizza tasted good. My total was just under $24 and I handed the driver $30 no change was offered. And the presentation was horrible. If it's not 1 thing with these guys it's another. I used to absolutely love pizza hut. Worked for them in Vegas for 3 years including running the entire store. I know what's expected and what can happen time to time but the 1 in cedar just doesn't seem to care about its customers at all

If i could rate 0 I would. I ordered delivery 2+ hours ago. It is still not here. It said it would be ready in 35-40 minutes. No call, or explanation for the delay. The person I was sharing food with has long since left and I am still out of $37.00 for pizza I don't think I'm getting.

I called wanting to order 2 dinner boxes. The team member who answered told me that they didn’t have any breadsticks for the dinner boxes. I asked if there were any substitutions and she told me no. I asked her if we could get the dinner boxes at a discounted prices because I didn’t think it would be fair to pay full price when we wouldn’t be getting the full box. I was also told that this wasn’t an option. I am extremely disappointed in my experience because I felt like the person I was talking to was bothered by trying to help me and refused to seek any other options.
