Del Taco

I tend to like Del Taco and the food tends to be pretty consistent from location to location. I stopped at this location on a road trip and chose to go inside so we could use the restrooms. The store was clean enough, including the restrooms. I only had one complaint but it was big. I recently had ankle surgery so have been utilizing handicapped parking stalls. We parked and I made my way to the nearest door but it was locked. I had to go out into the parking lot around cars and up a very tall curb while on crutches to get into the store. I mentioned this to a person at the counter but they were rather indifferent about the matter. Before I had my surgery and had such a hard time getting around, this wouldn't have been a big deal but now it was almost monumental to get into the store. I was very disappointed and will really need a craving for the food to use this location again.

I won't be coming back here (despite the fact I've been coming for years!)! This places get worse every time I drive through Cedar. They took over 20 minutes to get my simple to go order of four items. When I inquired about it (in a polite tone), the employee got super irritated. When she finally handed me my order and I asked for ketchup, she THREW it in my bag without any word to me. Normally I love Del Taco, but the food was gross and tasteless. Five minutes after eating I felt very sick and regretted my life choices. Fries were all undercooked. My quesadilla taco had a large hole in the wrapping and when I opened it up everything was practically falling out. Half of the cheese that was supposed to be between the tortillas had oozed out onto the wrapping. Because the taco had sat so long waiting for the rest of my order the tortillas had started to turn to gooey mush. The wrapping paper was sticking to my tortilla and wouldn't come off so I had to peel that part away. I refuse to use the bathrooms here as they are constantly disgusting!! Not willing to see how it'll get worse from this point as I know it will.

We wanted a fast breakfast so we gave Del Taco a try. The inside was not busy but the drive thru was...there were only two women working, Nancy, a younger woman taking orders and admore mature woman prepping food. The place was clean, the service was relatively fast and they were friendly! The amount of work going on was impressive...looked like they were also prepping for lunch. I can not rate for all experiences but if you go when these two have the helm, you should have a great experience!

The drive up was extremely busy so I decided to park my vehicle and go in. The lady behind the counter said I'll be right with you. I waited there at the counter for 15 minutes while she took orders in the drive up and did a whole bunch of other things but never came and helped the line was building behind me I finally left very angry. Awful place to go don't waste your time go to Jack in The box across the street they're a lot nicer and better.
