Schlotzsky's

I have not been to Schlotzsky it about 8 months..so I decided to stop by and get my normal ham and cheese sandwich. Got to counter and see now they have an Italian Calzone so I decided to try it and when I tell you that Calzone is so good and HOT comes with 2 dipping sauces.. Warning Now it's huge. I could not eat it all unless I was really hungry. Highly recommended they have two other Calzones as well. And always great customer service at this location.

Great experience. I'd never been to this location before and it was great. Staff was helpful and friendly, food came out quick and was delicious. If I had one complaint (and it really wasn't bad at all) is that it wasn't immaculatly clean. There were a few tables that had crumbs and things beneath them.

1st sandwich ordered made with the correct amount of ingredients except also had mayonnaise which was not supposed to be on that sandwich. Returned to the store to have the sandwich remade correctly and the 2nd sandwich had 1/4 of the amount of meat that the 1st sandwich had. Regretfully I did not realize it until after I had left the store. After calling the store I was told thatThis was the cook's 1st week. Was not going to return for 3rd remake. wascustomers and ther]pample time for somebody to be correctly supervising. I was not going to return to have a 3rd sandwich made

This place sent me an email about free delivery. THEY DO NOT DELIVER. They use Ubereats and Grubhub who do charge fees. This was a bait and switch and I cannot even cancel my order and apparently neither can the workers who work there. How convenient. Do not go to this restaurant. They are liars and cheats.

Horrible they charged me wrong and then when they brought out the pizza it was under cooked and disgusting also the employees were just yelling across the kitchen it’s all I could hear I will never eat here again I always go to the other location and it’s good if you want to come here go to a different location it was horrible
