I got charge for spread even though I didn't get any. Line is fast, not many people but there's always someone trying to block the exit. Hope people know its a fire hazard, have a seat lady & speak like a normal person, you don't need to be standing at the exit.

Good food , pretty clean place and good employees, although with there short staff you might have to yell to them to get there attention when they are in the back cleaning but overall nice place, I go there for breakfast quite frequently
Great location! The staff is super upbeat and curtious, they had quick and wonderful service. And the bagels are delicious and always so soft! Try one of the breakfast bagel sandwiches. Thise things are great! I will be coming back to this location when I'm in the area again.
So I've been to Einstein's many times first time at this location their food is pretty good I usually will get a bacon egg and cheese bagel which is pretty delicious they just switched to real egg vs. Microwaved egg so I asked the cashier since you can now get one or two how many came on before to which she replied I don't know I've only been working here for two days why she wouldn't just turn around and ask somebody. Or just say "hang on, let me find out". Is beyond me, obviously that's not the fault of the company. Other than that the people there were very helpful service was quick food is good.
I love this location. I go there often on my way to work in the morning. Everybody that works there is so friendly. They are very efficient and I have never had a problem with my order or my food. You are very lucky to have such great employees.
I go here every Sunday morning to buy brunch box.
They always very kind to me.

Blueberry bagel w strawberry cream cheese
Vanilla hazelnut coffee out. No toilet paper in women's restroom. If it was busy, stuff happens. But this was not the case. Slow & guy at cash register stood clueless. Young lady stopped her work to take care of both issues while cash register boy continued to stand staring off in to space. Bagels ok.
