Kfc

We went to this KFC after an event at the cave City convention building, we walked in we were totally impressed with the cleanliness when we ordered our chicken they worked us through it as a family of four but what amazed me the most is compared to the KFC where we live the chicken we received was actually big, not one of those two or three inch legs but a full size leg, thigh, breast, the chicken had to be at least twice as large that we get the local KFC it was cooked right it was freshly served, the side dishes are excellent. Probably one of the best KFC experiences we have had in many years.

The food was decent enough to earn 4 stars, but that's where the good ends. The restaurant was filthy the bathrooms a mess. Soda fountain served up flat beverages and the coleslaw wasn't properly staged. The crew was small and seemed to try, but the foot traffic was enough to overwhelm the 3 people working. Did not live up to the KFC standard sadly enough. If it's your only option then I wouldn't turn it down, however it will leave you wanting.

We ordered 2 meals, 2 breasts and a wing and took them back to our hotel room. 1) no wings, only legs. 2) I don't know what type of bird has a breast like that, about 3" round with little meat 3) one of those little round things was hard, it had been laying around for a while. You really need to check your boxes before you leave. Lesson learned.

Was just told I could not order lunch because they were still serving breakfast. Im still here in the parking lot it is now 11:05. Tracy was the ladys name it looks like maybe she os a manager. There were zero guests in the dining room. There were zero cars in the drive thru. I could understand turning me away if they were busy serving breakfast but they were dead business wise. So i was just a few minutes away from lunch and Tracy would rather turn the one guest there away Instead of just taking my lunch chicken breast fill up order. I work in a resturant too and this is exactly why the gatekeeper management style is a failure. Be an agent for your guests not a gatekeeper. I would give a zero stars if it was available.
