The person making the sandwich coughed into her hand vice her arm and did not change her gloves. Not sure the rules in NY but most states have to have training on food safety and hygiene.

It was disappointing how disorganized and frazzled they were. If we had time and knew the area we would have left before ordering. Then it took a lot of confusion and different people scratching their heads to eventually decide that they are not participating in the recent subway promotion. Perhaps it was easier than figuring out how to enter it on the register. A few of them tried to be nice at least hence the 2 stars.

Horrible customer service. And they clearly do not follow American with disabilities policies I was told that I was not going to be served. When I asked if she needed to read my mask exemption card. And she stormed out

I walk in this place, walk up slowly to get in line. Worker today6/13 around 3pm or so, told this Mexican I needed to wear my mask. No problem, I'll comply with the rules for health reason( sorry I left it in my ride) due to the virus we got going on. Walk back to the store with my mask, in line I see a brother man with no mask paying for his food. Wzup with that MAN What's up with that Jump on my case about not having my mask and everyone else but the brother man

Bologna based meats lettuce always almost brown !!!!I have gotten sick twice there on the Peppers I go there only if I have to when traveling no star's this subway was one of the best !I had to ask him to change his glove but iam alive thank God
