Staff definitely need customer service training. Small and Large fries where filled half way. Plus order was wrong. Understandable if they where busy but with little to no customers. Should not have had the issues experienced. Young kid working the counter was on the other hand very polite.

Staff was rude and inconsiderate. Food was cold. Large fry wasn’t large. My kids happy meal had more fries than my large. Fries were wayy to salty. Called when we got home for meal replacement and no one answered. Place wasn’t even busy when we were there. Had to pull around our front to wait for our cold food. What a joke.

Compared to other BKs, this one was much better. Food was cooked fresh and it seemed as if the employees took the time and effort to make the food good.

Drive through was busy, but no one inside for awhile. The guy at the counter helped me right away, while still ordering, my first sandwich was already made. Unfortunately, I changed what was on it, but it wasn't conveyed to the people in the back. I guess a learning experience while not in rush mode. Floors felt a little sticky, after a couple minutes I was off. A couple people came inside when I left, but the drive through was still busy, people wanting their dinner.

Don’t stop here. There was cheese on my Whopper Jr and the bun tasted stale. The pickles are way too sour. No ones paying attention. Too bad

I stop by the Castlerock Burger King after work for some dinner I had ordered a medium fry with my sandwich and thankfully my sandwich tasted perfect but my fries on another hand where not I was really bummed out because The fries from Burger King are my favorite and this time they didn’t taste the best they were warm but not fresh I don’t know how long they were sitting in their hotbox for I’m not sure why they tasted so awful I ended up tossing them I couldn’t even eat them they tasted so nasty that will probably be my last time going to that Burger King
