WOW!!! The first word that came into my head when I not only bit into the delicious four cheese pizza, but also when I walked into their restaurant. The gentleman that helped me out was so kind and very welcoming. I completely spaced and forgot to buy a drink and he was kind to give me one complimentary. When I got home, I opened the pizza box and saw this glorious pizza, and the smell...just amazing. The bite itself is beyond words. I HIGHLY recommended this place!

Was hoping for less bland and more flavor. Average pizza. Had the small 8in once and there was barely any saucer cheese so we decided to go back one more time to give it a chance and get a medium and although Crest sauce and cheese was there just did not care for the flavor. Could be because I just got back from Tampa Bay and went to an Italian restaurant that had the best Italian sausage pizza then crossed I've ever had. I would eat it not pagain but just not my first choice in paying $20 for a medium pizza chain pizza. Ask for some Frank's Red hot sauce which is almost a staple in any pizza place as it is the best they gave something else that taste terrible and more of a hot Mexican flavor hot sauce strange. When I asked the server if they had hot sauce he almost looked confused that was hilarious being in a pizza place and not having heard that question. It's probably a good place for a quick pizza at lunch so not trying to make this an authentic Italian pizza place. Give it a shot you may like it.

No, it's not true traditional NY style but more the concept of personal pizzas that you customize similar to Mod Pizza down the block. Overall I really enjoyed it knowing the expectations. You pick pre designed pizzas or build your own for a good price. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side but over all I liked it and will return.

I've tried all of the Castle Rock pizza joints and Uncle Maddio's is still my favorite (MOD is my second favorite). My order was made incorrect once out of the last 10 times I've been here. I ordered a 'Big Max with No Sausage' and they put sausage on it. At least they get my order correct 90% of the time and the pizza is always fresh. I love their thin, toasty crust and how their bacon comes out crunchy every time. Keep it up guys!

Took the grandkids here for dinner. Ordered as few gluten free pizza. The brought one that was not gluten free. Lucky the child caught the mistake. That also forgot to make two of the other pizza, so we had to remind them and they were delivered to the table after everyone else was finished eating. To add insult to injury they had an extra pizza on the charge receipt. When I brought this and the other mistakes to their attention they said they would not charge us and gave me a credit card receipt and said it was a credit on my charge card. Two week later I check my credit card and no credit. Poor service, missed order on gluten free pizza and total misrepresentation on giving me credit on my credit card.

The ingredients are fresh, but that's about the only good thing. The website says "You talk directly to the pizza maker and tell them exactly what you want." but that's not true. You have to add all your ingredients up front from the menu, and then they'll arbitrarily start charging (after 3 ingredients on mine, but 4 on my wife's). They screwed up one of the kid pizzas and had to remake it, and didn't follow the "light cheese" instruction that was even on the receipt. It was a good thing we got there early because as we were leaving they closed for a private event (6pm on a Sat. night). We accidentally left a jacket, and another patron came out to tell us, but the employee who put up the closed sign wouldn't let him back in - his wife had to do it. The staff was not very friendly, and overall the pizza was mediocre. We won't be returning or recommending to anyone (next time it will be back to Mod).

Had the wings. Fantastic, who ever thought of putting wings in a pizza oven was a genius. Also had just the plan 4 cheese pizza and let me tell you, that was the best cheese pizza I have had. Their crust is different and I enjoy that. Not every pizza is meant to be the same, that's why this one is so great. Though they need to change their to go menus. They still say they have the foldwhiches.
