Qdoba Mexican Eats

Excellent food, excellent choices, great location with great views of the front range and Pikes Peak off in the distance, and very good customer service. The restaurant was well maintained and cleaned and is situated perfectly on Founders Hwy in Castle Rock. I highly recommend this place if you’re into great Mexican eats.

If you are ordering multiple items from this location stay focused on one item at a time. If you don't you may end up with corn in one you don't want or something else going wrong. On this day I went there was no one in line and my order was still messed up. They were going to remake it but to me that is such a waste of food and I will just have to settle with something I didn't want. Speak slowly when telling them what you want on each item. I also ordered two tortillas that were heated up at the beginning of the line but failed to end up in my bag. Sad when it's made to order and can still be messed up.

I’ve been to QDoba 1241 times all over the nation. This QDoba either; A. Has employees with the smallest hands therefore tiny portioning or B. Has been instructed by the GM to give portions only enough for gerbils. In all seriousness though, I can usually count on QDoba to serve a burrito bowl so loaded with goodness the lid barely closes, I’ve yet to have that experience here... bummer

A great place to eat! Gianna and Chris are amazing employee's great customer service very friendly! It was nice to see employee's working together as a team they were so respectful to each other and did a great job when I asked what they recommend and also made sure the food was fresh, even with it being 945 at night. The restaurant was very clean I must add as well. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work Gianna and Chris!! Thanks so much for your kindness and willingness to help!!
