Sushi Castle

Being a re-newer establishment, this sushi restaurant now owned by a young prosperous and ambitious 21 year old have started off on the right direction. The food is amazingly good, the furniture being outdated still brings much promise to this business. COVID-19 has been a damper for most businesses and though the young owner brought this restaurant back after the previous owner’s unfortunate age related death, it still struggles with the need for employees. I encourage all in the surrounding are to come support this sushi restaurant and the new and young thriving owner.

We are so happy to have above average sushi I town. Always friendly excellent service. The atmosphere is basic, with plastic soda cups and mismatched sauce cups, but they more than make up for it with beautiful cuts and delicious sauces. Pro top...have the new style yellow tail appetizer in ponzu sauce...wonderful!

Maybe the best sushi in castle rock, since castle rock don’t have much Asian restaurant in general… but today I had high hope when ordering lunch and the food is rather disappointing. Open secs of opening the to go box I notice a HAIR in the sushi roll….. now this wouldn’t be my first time finding hair in food so I didn’t want to be grossed out. But the sushi rice was dry, and the fish weren’t fresh. Mind you I ordered take out at 11am as soon as they open so either the ingredients were leftover from yesterday or something else. Will not return, doesn’t worth the price tag

Came here for the first time to celebrate my sister's first meal out of the hospital after having her baby and it was SO worth it! She isn't a sushi fan but they had so many other entree options for her. Their negi hamachi was delicious and you can't go wrong with their specialty rolls either. This was the first of many trip to eat here!
