Domino's Pizza

We love Domino's, after our family got food poison from another huge pizza chain years ago, we vowed to go to Domino's only f o r e v e r. We have used this location, without issue for 2 years, until the last 6 weeks. We use to get pizza in 24 minutes from order, to delivery! Now we have over 2 hour delivery times, burnt pizza and 2 1/2 delivery times- yikes.We always order on the app, but it wont give you a delivery time, Pro tip: it will email you the delivery time though (check your email). Last night 2.5 hrs for delivery, and my thin crust was basically toast.

tried to add on some food to my order and they refused, even when the order was placed a couple minutes prior. With an outrageous $6 delivery charge I was quite surprised to realize that they wouldn’t do this. The young women on the phone was quite rude as well. I know this wont prevent many people from ordering, but the way they treat their customers should be worked on

I'll give 2 stars because usually they get it right. This time I ordered a half bacon and pineapple and half onion and tomato pizza and well, got home and had no pineapple and 2 pieces of cheese mixed in there. See the picture for yourself. There was 14 people working so its not a lack of workers. I may or may not give them another try.

Don't even bother ordering from this dominos. Not only are they rude, unhelpful but just completely incompetent. After being told my order would be ready for pick up in 30 mins and waiting another hour and half. Then having the staff treat me terribly for questioning what was taking so long. I will never be back and would recommend you do the same. We need better options and customer service in castle rock. Grown women acting like teenagers at this location.

This location is now on par with the Papa John's Castle Rock location. Both managed to not deliver my order and talking to the manager got me nowhere. All I got was a bunch of excuses. I tried to find the corporate number, but could not locate what number to call. It is sad how bad customer service is these days. If I lost orders or gave bad service to customers at my job I would lose my job.

Get your pizza .. where your toppings include long black hair & receipt paper! The most unsanitary experience I’ve ever had at a pizza chain. Morgan - the “manager” was unwilling to help and hung up on me initially. She eventually voided out my order but this is completely unacceptable. I’ll be contacting corporate over this one.
