I finally made it here and glad I did, I was quite surprised with the food and how well and authentic it tasted. The restaurant was very pleasant with a very Caribbean feeling and ambiance to it. The staff and customer service was above excellence, they were very pleasant and great to deal with. It appears that this place attracts customers on a regular basis due to it been filled to its capacity when my wife and I arrived here which gives the sense that this restaurant is doing well and flourishing. I highly recommend this place to others, the food is great.

First time here and we will be coming back on future Castle Rock trips. The food is so amazing we had lunch and ordered sandwiches to go for dinner. The service is awesome. Justin made great recommendations and was really good explaining the differences between the dishes why he preferred one over another. Fabulous service with a smile. Thank you so much Justin!!

We were originally going to go to a popular chicken sandwich restaurant across the stress, and boy howdy, I'm glad we decided to go here. Excellent menu full of great, authentic Cuban cuisine. Our server Devon was great, too. I highly encourage you to skop the big chains and head here instead. Also, the music was great.

Fantastic place for authentic Latin food is my place here in castle rock Colorado Pollo a La Plancha is my favorite. Side of yucca fritta is a good match with lime. Not all time I can but when I can I’m totally satisfied with the order. Take a trip for your delicious lunch or dinner or for even a Cortaditto!

Maybe it is just the items i ordered, but this ws not a good experience. Enpanads were oversalted, main dish veggies were not cooked very well and mashed potatoes with a curry style dish should have had rice. The blck bn dish left some of my colleagues with gstronomy issues. Not sure on the authenticy of the dishes but join me for m cuba episode sometime late next year. I would not recommend
