I usually go here for lunch since I live near by. It’s normally good, but last time I got the wrong order (they gave me a huge amount of food in the drive through), I was honest and told them so they had me pull around to the front and wait. I got my order missing sauces, cold fries and cold fatty chicken strips which I ended up throwing out. I called the store and they took my number and never called back. I’m not sure I’ll return given the fact I wasted time and money coming here. Sad since I like chick fil a so much…
Update:
Never got contacted back and tried to go again today and got the wrong order again and the fries were burned and stale. Two lunches and 50 dollars wasted.

Awesome food, knowledable and respectful employees. Great customer service and cleanliness...I truly do not have a negative thing to add. And my family eats here at a minimum of twice a week.
There's something for everyone on the very expansive menu.
In a town where you can get almost every fast food choice in a 2 mile radius, unfortunately there are only about 8 places that deserve mentioning. This location is 5 star for the food, the service, the very minimal wait times...all around awesome location! I want to thank all of you because sadly, it is becoming more and more difficult to find nearly this level of service at the majority of Castle Rock restaurants.
It's refreshing to be met by courteous people with a smile on their faces.
And I have always highly respected that this restaurant chain is closed on Sundays!
It deserves mentioning that Chick fil A compensates their employees on an amazing level.
Our family has a great experience each time we visit.

...on a side note, I will only leave reviews for locations after multiple visits. I try to ensure a fair and reasonable review is given based on seeing how a location runs consistently versus just a few experiences.

Since the day they opened, this location has always been a beacon of quality service. The food is always hot and delicious, the people are very kind, and I believe this location is very well managed. Excellent place to get a quick meal.

We have been to this location numerous times which is what makes this experience so disappointing. To begin we ordered 2 sun joys but wanted one of them with unsweetened tea and diet lemonade because it was for a diabetic, they wanted to argue about it instead of just doing it, ended up with no drink for one member of the family. Then we ordered 2 salads with grilled chicken nuggets they both came with the original fried chicken , which is delicious but not what was ordered. Last they did not give us dressing for either salad. Very disappointed will be a while before we go to this location again.

We go here 1 to 2 times per week on our later commutes when we know we will get home too late to cook. My son loves the mac n cheese and nuggets. The staff is friendly, restaurant is clean, and service is always efficient. It's great that some employees remember we are and our names. We love it here! It's a welcome break in our drive!

The food was hot and delicious as always, but the best part of our lunch was the customer service and conversation with Bill in the dining room. We loved chatting with Bill and think he should be promoted to customer service ambassador for every Chick-fil-A!

Only location in the world that trained every employee to not allow them to sell strawberry lemonade. They all give the exact same explanation why they cant, which clearly shows they were trained to not sell it. Just ask yourself, why would your software allow it? But you still refuse to do it

We had a wonderful experience there today. Elana checked in on us multiple times while my kids were playing, she made sure we had everything we needed and she even got my girls ice cream. She totally made our day! Thank you Elana!
