We love this restaurant. The atmosphere is great, the staff is very friendly, and the food is great. Not my first choice for a place to take the kids, but my husband and I love it on date nights. The only downside is the price. We easily spend $100 or more on dinner (and a bottle of wine). So we don't go as often as we would like, but worth it on the rare night out without children.

My friend took me here for my birthday dinner. I had THE BEST time! The food was delicious, their signature pineapple martini was perfect (not too sweet, and perfectly strong), and the restaurant ambiance was cozy and very much like being in a romantic village in Italy. I would have to say the ABSOLUTE BEST PART of the entire experience was Sam!! Sam was our waiter and he made me feel more special than I have ever felt at a restaurant. He went above & beyond to take EXCELLENT care of us. He sang to us throughout the night, made sure we had anything and everything we needed, and he brought me the MOST DELICIOUS chocolate cake for birthday dessert! If I ever opened a restaurant, I would want Sam to run it! What a beautiful and special soul. I will definitely be back to La Dolce Vita!!

Great food and fun atmosphere. A real gem in the Castle Pines area. Food and service were very good. Prices are a bit high in my opinion. Garlic knots are very tasty. I would recommend, especially if you have a coupon.

Went here on my birthday as a recommendation from my lady's co-worker. Great ambiance, server brought stellar positive attitude and personality to the table. Singer looked as if she was lip-syncing. Ordered the Pork Tuscany and it was truly amazing, which is key for a pork snob like myself. So tender, it fell straight off the bone. Would like to see the bathrooms done to match the rest of the restaurant though, they are too bland.

Pino's, formerly La Dolce Vita, is great! Most recently, I had the chicken Parmesan and they were able to prepare it Gluten Free. The owner was very present and ensured we had a great meal. It is nice to have a locally owned and operated restaurant with great good in this neighborhood.

Pino is the best and love the new pizza! Legit New York style perfection! Staff is friendly and great for happy hour or dinner. So glad to have it and think it's a big improvement under new ownership. Pino is also a 9-11 first responder, so it feels good to support a hero.
