7-eleven

I am a loyal daily customer of 7 Eleven and I come to this one the most as it is close to work. I spend an average of $15 daily on products in the store. I also get a 32oz foam cup of just ice for my water. I have always been charged $.50 for the cup or even nothing at times since I do spend money daily. This is not only on this store but others. Today I was charged full price on my cup. I asked why and explained that I was told that there is a "button" for $.50 that they use for ice on their system. And also that I never pay full price. She was annoyed and called the manager Jessica over. She also stated they charge full price for ice and there is no such thing as $.50 charge. I said ok well leave the ice I do not want it as you cannot honor what I have always paid and yet I am now spending $16.00 as well. I asked for the owners name and she said she was the owner, Jessica the manager. I have looked online and in fact that is not the owner and she blatantly lied to me. It is not about the money but about customer care and respect for the ones that do business with you. They were rude , unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never come to them again, I will go just down the street for my convenience store needs from now on.

Be carful if u use your credit card there and a little spanish cashier is there by the name rachel rodriguez because she will steal your information and use it if you look up her criminal background you will see she been arrested for theft and credit cards a couple of times i dont understand why they would emplog a person like that
