By far the worst place to eat! After the waitress, Tracy, took our order, we didn’t see her until we HAD to signal her to bring us at least our drinks. The food was super late and not even how we ordered it. The steak was super dry, the hash browns were burnt and the wings weren’t fully cooked .... completely raw inside. The manager brought us a new steak but that one was purple and brown.... looking old..... we lost our appetite and had to leave. The manager tried taking care of the whole check but you can tell she was annoyed about it. The service was horrible and so was the food..... we weren’t looking for a free meal. We paid for what my kids ate but not the disgusting steak or hash browns.This was a horrible experience!!!!

The absolute worse service! Employees too busy in their conversations to be bothered with guest, or even be in the dining room, as you can see by the pictures I took, Restaurant was not busy at all yet it took nearly a half an hour to get our food and the protein was missing and that was going to take an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Needless to say we were already done eating by the time the protein came to the table. I truly believe the manager at the time should have stepped in and helped the cook and or at least went around the restaurant to ensure the guests had coffee or anything else they might have needed at the table for instance a straw would have been nice!

First time in a while since I've been here after placing an online order. No improvement whatsoever. Appears they're severely under staffed and super slow with service. They do not care or apologize for the extensive waiting period as you're standing there to pick up an order after having it been placed 35 mins prior. I am providing a picture of the ridiculous $10.26 sandwich/fries I purchased. I should have gone to the market and bought bread, ingredients and made several healthier looking ones for the same price. Whoever is in charge of this location, should work on improving this poor quality of service.

Never coming to this restaurant again. Food quality is horrible. They serve my wife raw chicken. You know you can kill some one by feeding them raw chicken. Waitress was OK. This location doesn't take pride of their job and it shows. If you want a good experience don't come to this location. Manager did not even acknowledge the situation or care neither.
