This place needs new management, I went their July 16, 2021 for their breakfast because the last time the food and service was great and my food was all in a big container with a great portion size. I went to the drive through the speaker barely works and the employee was yelling and talking fast so I yelled right back at her my order, she is a Hispanic older women. It took more than 7 minutes for her to open the window and take my money, I told her about the drive through speaker not working well and her attitude was not right for fast food she ignored me. She gave me my food that looks like a kid breakfast menu. The grits was running, the eggs was thin and small portion, the sausage looks a mess and she forgot to give me my toast and had a attitude again when I told her!

Visited this site on 5/15/2022, and it was a mistake! The cashier was so rude! She got upset about me asking for military discount, for which it's something that I've earned. Then when I asked for a receipt, conveniently she stated the receipt dispenser is broke. Her attitude is the determining factor of me deciding to never come back to this location. All of the "huhs?" and ' what's' was too much for me. I'd rather drive almost an hour and sit in a long line at White Castle, than to ever come back here!

We came here late at night after a show and there was a huge line at the drive through. When we got to the window the employee said he's only taking orders at the window, which is fine but then he was on a "hot mic" at the speaker and we could hear him and his coworkers making disparaging remarks about the customers. After about 20 mins of no movement in the line we left and went elsewhere. Would not recommend.

While we were getting the total price, we found out price of cheese for a regular crystal is $0.30 each, and we ordered/bought a sackful of 24, all but 4 were to have cheese. It went from 18.99 to $30+, (you can also add 2 small fries to the price). I thought that was a bit much. The personalities on the person(s) working drive thru around 8:25pm, could be a little more cheerful. And to top it off, we never received a receipt. Final opinion on tonight's Krystal Experience, Not very good. (Side note, why are you sent this before you are able to eat the food, to rate the food as well)?

Went 20 miles out of my way to get Krystal 's. It was very disappointing. Ordered cheese on my burgers(didn't get it but charged for it). Corn dogs were very dry(stick to burgers).Chicken sandwiches were tough and the buns were hard. I lived in Ga. for years and remember them being good. Now I live in WV and wouldn't go to another Krystal even if we had one close.
