Dunkin'

I really want to say thank you to the management and staff at this store for an exceptional customer experience today. After going to three other stores and my order kept getting wrong, the staff at this store went above and beyond their regular duty and made my order perfectly! The staff at this store are really friendly, everything was fully stocked and super clean. The staff at this store did what the other places couldn't. After driving 40 miles, I got my drinks at this location and the staff were so kind to me. I hope everyone who comes here has a pleasant experience as well. Really, this made my day!!

I have lived in the area for 4 years and this is the only dunkin close to my house before I get on the express way. They seem to be having donations or some sort here but they can never get my order right. This morning they seemed to be having some issues with the intercom but repeated my order at the window to confirm it was correct. They only have 2 sandwich options on the menu so I don't understand how my order was wrong even after she repeated my order. I have been here everyday this week hoping to get a different experience but this location is a failure to the franchise indefinitely! Wrong orders, and limited menu options just seems to be the theme of this restaurant. If you are in the mood for proper service I would suggest visiting another location

This one specific Dunkin is an absolute blight on the entire company and fast food restaurants as a whole. I never went out of my way to come here as I shop in the same plaza regularly, however the last SEVEN times I've been during listed business hours I haven't been able to get food. 3 times they were saying they were out of everything (then stock up?) 2 times they were closed despite me coming within their listed hours and seeing workers INSIDE while they ignored me. Another 2 times they were closed due to "tech issues" which wasn't listed until you drove AROUND drive thru ordering station and got to the window. These occurrences have been over a THREE month period so I don't know how they are making any money. This place is a joke, and I feel sorry for anyone who finds themselves in a position where they've dragged themselves to this dump only to be given multiple excuses for why a fast food place can't do what their entire existence is built for. They should build something else in its place, like literally anything. Stay away.

Today I had the best experience with staff here. I recently suffered a traumatic head injury and have been having a difficult time recovering. This has nothing to do with Dunkin Donuts, but it's pertinent because Kim (staff) and his manager Laura were incredibly helpful to me. Due to covid restrictions we cannot order inside, and Kim walked me through ordering on the app without any hesitation. I spoke with Laura to tell her how kind and helpful Kim was in my time of need, and she was not only grateful for the positive feedback, but also said any help I need further, or in the future, they would be glad to accommodate and assist me with. Laura provided words of kindness and reassured me that this will all get better eventually. I'm not used to this high level of customer service anywhere, and the genuine kindness portrayed here. Thank you Kim and Laura. I live across the street and had never been here before, but I'll be a loyal customer here in the future based on this experience.
