Place was nice. Server had very good customer service. He was polite and introduced the dishes. Food was fresh. They had seasonal special beside the regular menu. They had more choices in hand rolls. If you love sushi, you should try. I did enjoy to eat there.

Hidden gem for us. It is one of the best sushi place for us and great service. We will drive a bit just for great sushi. It is one of the few places that does really delicious dishes.

The food and quality is really good here. That's the reason they got 4 stars. The service and the crampiness of the tables for 2 I can't say much for. I normally order a lot of items and confessed that when it came time to seat us as we wanted a bigger table but we were placed in a same table that had the other table patron seats on either side pushed up against ours that we were literally on top of our table with no room to scoot back smh. All the while the tables that we preferred (that were for 3+ parties) were never occupied the whole time we were there. I spent close to $200 for 2 of us and the ambiance, tight seating and service was not worth it. However the food was. Take that for what it's worth

Yummm!! My sister had an intimate birthday dinner. The venue is small, so our group of 7 took up almost half the restaurant. The server was nice. The food was amazing. I LOVE to eat exotic foods, so my sashimi entree that featured gold flakes was my cup of green tea. Items such as uni and ikura were also my favorites that I ordered. You know a sushi restaurant knows what they are doing when they have those on the menu!

Came on a Friday evening, restaurant was fairly busy. Ordered the sushi combination and it was excellent. Good variety, 10 different types of nigiri plus tamago.
Service was subpar, however, so I'll dock a star. We arrived at 7.20 and served around 8.30, at which point the restaurant was less than half full. Our waitress only came by a couple of times by the time we left at 9.15, having to ask her for the check.
Ordered tea (which surprisingly was charged for, which is unusual in a Japanese sushi restaurant), and waitress never came back to ask if we needed more hot water. They did seem to have a few take out orders.
All in all, worth coming back, hopefully service will be better.

Best option for sushi and Japanese sake, if you enjoy. The dining room is intimate with soft, subtle earth tones. Like a modern cave- well done! Myself, I am a ramen lover/fanatic so I was very disappointed with the Spicy Miso Ramen. The overall flavor was bland, the noodles were overcooked , and the overcooked egg seemed a step over an oversight. I ordered a different bowl after I finished along with my feedback and was told they would try but most of the ingredients are pre-cooked. Their Tonkastu option was much better! - a totally different bowl. Food preparation is understandable, it is done prior to the shift, but jeopardizing the quality of the dish is a huge, unfortunate miss. I need a good egg >_<

Always love this place. Lunch time it's never time busy. More than enough to take home. They serve the agedashi tofu which no one else really sells.
