Finally the lobby is open! Be gone covid-19! Next visit hopefully Playland will be open. This is a must when we visit our Grandchildren traditions are important for all.
A decent, modern McDonald's. The dining room was a little dirty (tables not wiped down, some food on the floor) and the playground was closed, but the food was good and I always enjoy the self-serve order machines.
Absolutely appalled, been in customer service myself for 9 years.
As I was paying at the second window, I was absolutely in shock at how these employees were being talked to, I was uncomfortable enough I asked for a refund and am writing this review in your parking lot.

If could give zero stars would. Drive thru staff were very rude! Our order was wrong and when we tried to get it corrected staff at both windows were not helpful at all. Instead of trying to get our order right, they kept blaming corporate and we left short on food. If something isn't available
Order Uber eats from them was missing two of my items, two Mc.chickens called to ask they said I had to contact Ubers because they didn’t put them in the bag the bag wasn’t tampered with so I know they didn’t put them in the lady was very rude and said in a nasty way “ I know we put them in the bag”
Waited for some ice cream and cookies for atleast 30 minutes. Good to know McDonalds sucks on a national level. Would 10 out of 10 recommend a different location.
