Domino's Pizza

Been ordering from this location for a couple of years now! Mistakes are VERY far & few between. Tonight, a small mistake happened. The wrong salad was delivered (the rest of the order was 100% correct). I called the store within 4 minutes of it being delivered. The gal on the phone was so friendly & kind. I informed her of the mistake, gave her my address, she confirmed said mistake. She asked if I'd like a credit or for it to be fixed. I asked for it to be fixed. She let me know it would be back to me "as soon as they could". I expected at least 30-45 minutes due to other orders. The same delivery driver showed up at my door within FIVE minutes of that phone call of the mistake. She was also so kind & friendly. I am BLOWN AWAY YA'LL. Top notch customer service!!! I didn't expect the mistake to be fixed so quickly. Times like this remind me of why I continue to order from this location over & over again. Their 5 Star customer service & accountability is why I adore them so much!!! The food is always SO GOOD & their customer service is almost better.

For the most part they fo a great job. They are human and do make mistakes but they go out of their way to correct them. The delivery drivers are all terrific. Even during a time of social distancing they put my pizza on the table for me to endure I don't drop it. (I need both hands for my wheelchair). I don't hesitate to recommend this store.

Very helpful and friendly manager and staff. We drove through the drive up window after they were closed for drive through. The pizzas were great. My only complaint with Dominos is the sandy feeling crumbs on the bottom of the pizza that get all over your hands. It is annoying. Don't know why they do it that way, but all the Dominos do it like that.
