Guadalajara

I got lunch beef fajitas. Calling it fajitas is not too honest. Taste was lacking, the amount of meat on the dish allowed me to make a single fajita with meat in each bite and then 4 additional bites of meat at random while I ate the overly onion and pepper filled dish. Rice was good, Beans were bland and runny. I would not eat here again. The 2nd star was due to the hospitality shown, but the food was just basic at best. The second picture is the dessert they brought with the bill.

Service was attentive and very friendly. We were shown right to our seats and immediately had a waitress at our table. We were provided with chips and salsa along with a tasty bean dip. The menu is expansive with tons of options sure to please most people. They serve some American dishes, but I wouldn't dream choosing those with so many great Mexican dishes. The decor is festive and colorful and the establishment seemed pretty clean. I will return in a heart beat if I'm in Casper again.

Food was incredibly delicious as always. All the staff are friendly and upbeat. Our server was an absolute rock star and was so awesome with my 14 month old son. He brought out his fries within about 5 minutes and out food came very quickly especially considering how busy it was in the restaurant. I highly recommend!

We are visiting from out of town so I have never been here. This is the best Mexican food I have ever had. In addition we got great service,! They were very quick to refill our drinks and to check and see if we needed anything. The portions are very large and they are gracious with their sour cream and guacamole! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Whenever we come down and visit we always end up here at some point for atleast 1 meal if not a few times. Place is huge and colorful just like you'd expect from a great Mexican restaurant, the atmosphere is great! Food has always been good and just as quick as you'd expect and you have so many choices on their menu. They do have a bar to sit at if you want and yes it is fully stocked.

The ambience is very nice here. Many items to choose from on the menu. It is more of an authentic Mexican restaurant. Which is not my favorite so take this review into consideration. The meals and service were slow 🐌😒 in my opinion. There were a lot of people eating with large tables though. We had 8 1/2( baby 👶😁) . There is ample room for large groups. Prices for dinner started at $10. The west side of restaurant has long tables with chairs 💺so they're easily moved to accommodate high chairs and wheel chairs. Pretty popular eating establishment so plan ahead and come early if you don't want to wait 😉. If you do have to wait you might be able to sit in the bar area until seated. Kids love to throw coins 🪙 in the fountain ⛲.
