Excellent place, great ice cream including the only good tasting sugar free ice cream I have had.
The customer service is amazing. Sophia was very patient and so sweet to my two kids who couldn't figure out which ice cream they wanted.
We went back again. Ice cream is still excellent and this time we were served by Bailey who was so great and knowledgeable about their products.

The ice cream is fantastic and they have a lot of other options as well. Fairly priced, and everything I have had there is delicious! Jon really takes pride in his services and does a great job taking care of his customers. They serve crepes, coffee, boba drinks, shakes, smoothies, and even waffles! Great place to take the family, and check their facebook page for special discounts daily!

This location us closed. Google takes you to Marriott parking lot. New location is low end fast food and crepes are no longer on the menu.

They have super good ice cream, and the people that work there are so friendly. The person in front of me seem to go often because they knew her name and they knew exactly what she wanted. They also play movies for the kids while they eat ice cream so my kids sat and watched emperors New Groove, they had such a good time they wanted to go back again.

Paid $5.50 each for 2 shakes that were only 2/3 full and the girl who made them even said they were short, tastes like milk with a hint of ice cream. Very disappointed 8/10 would not recommend

Serendipity has the best ice cream in town. Maybe the state. There's a Cold Stone 2 blocks from my house I've never been to because this place is so good I can't bring myself to go anywhere else.

Server, very nice and polite. Ordered banana crepe, out of bananas, ordered strawberry crepe... The berries were frozen. Out of napkins.... At an ice cream place? Target is down the hall...

I love this place there are many flavors like Cotten candy I also like how when you want a cone and a cup they will put the ice cream in a bowl with the cone on top but I still have not tried the boba tea 😭😢 because I did not know they had boba tea🤪😛😂😅😂🤣 we are trying it on Thursday because I have a cavity 😂🙄😡🙁
