Pizza Hut

Ordered online, after waiting nearly an hour they showed up. Spent nearly $50, only to have them screw up one of the pizzas. When the CY store was called, the manager gave us attitude and then hung up. Pizzas were cold, one of them messed up, no offer to fix it. Will never be ordering from Pizza hut again. The pizza that was messed up did not even have sauce on it! The manager was VERY Rude, and again, HUNG UP on us. They refused to assist. The attitude just made us even angrier. Next time we want pizza it will be Papa John's or Dominos thanks to the extremely rude "manager" on duty. Way to do business CY Pizza Hut. Way to go. I'll be sure to let everyone I know, know just how we were treated. Would love a refund just for how we were treated when we called.

Ordered 3 pizzas by calling in, which we never do - however due to us moving we had little choice. Was never told our total until prior to hanging up and after my card was charged. The total was $80. Never in my life have I paid $80 for 3 pizzas. Not to mention they were less than subpar. So sad, I order pizza once a week but will never return here. Save your cash and go somewhere that won't rob you blindly and deliver a terrible experience.
