Excellent "Hit it out of the park" experience. Went for the Veterans Day lunch. Several in the party including myself built our own burgers. My wife went with the wrap. The server was attentive without being intrusive and the food was delivered in a timely manner, hot and huge portions. I enjoyed the burger and have to comment that it was probably the best burger I have had in months. It was cooked to order and all the fixings were fresh and tasty. Loved the fries and as a normally huge eater almost could not finish the meal. The dining room was about 2/3 full but no on was close enough that we felt crowded or were forced to listen to some ones conversation. Overall excellent in all categories.

Cascade Roadhouse is a great place for casual dining. Just the right amount of selections on the menu so you won't get bogged down trying to figure out what you want. Apps, salads, burgers and sandwiches on the lunch menu and All that plus hearty entrees for the dinner menu. Checked in today with 10 people in our group and were seated nearly immediately in the outside dining area which actually is very cool (this time of year it was heated very well!) The building is a rustic lodge like log construction for the country feel. The staff was amazing as they always are and our orders were taken right away with food coming out accurately and relatively quick for a group our size. Cascade Roadhouse is also a great place for happy hour as well as other group gatherings. This place will always be on my rotation for food and drink.

This is by FAR my favorite restaurant! Every time I go here I feel like family. The service is exceptional and the food is divine. I love the chicken gouda wrap. The chips are homemade and seasoned beautifully. I have nothing negative to say about Cascade Roadhouse

It took a while for a server to even come to our table to take drink orders. There was only 4 of us in the group (4 adults, 1 toddler) and she had no clue who ordered what when she dropped off drinks and brought the bill. She seemed lost. There was a group next to us with a bunch of kids who were literally running around and banging on the plastic walls in the outdoor patio area. It was extremely annoying. I understand that's not all on the establishment, but nobody said anything to them and it made an impact on our experience. Our food was pretty good, no complaints there.

This was my wife and my first visit and we were very pleased. My wife and I shared a rack of ribs which were some of the best we've had. We don't live nearby, but will visit again the next time we are in the Grand Rapids area.

This place was amazing. From walking through the outdoor patio to be greeted by a happy host to our cozy seat inside. Excellent service by our waiter who described the specials in great detail. The food was scrumptious. Chicken cordon bleu and chicken Gouda pasta. Never judge a book by its cover. Excellent chef and menu. This place was fantastic.

The Smoked Gouda Chicken Wrap was incredible! Sweet potato fries and dipping sauce was incredible as well! Would recommend 10/10

This was my first time here and the food was phenomenal . I was not extremely impressed with the service. We were only checked on once during our meal, but they were also busy. I get it. I will definitely be back!!

We got lucky with no waiting on the patio. We went specifically for the spinach and artichoke dip and completely forgot to order it until after dinner 🤦‍♀️ so we got some to go. The meatloaf was phenomenal with that cherry jalapeño chutney. Perfect compliment. My son had the Chicken Gouda Pasta and it was really good too. The garlic mashed potatoes were great. The broccoli was steamed perfectly but very bland. It was completely plain. No seasoning whatsoever. I thought it was weird. It worked great in the pasta dish tho! We'll be back.

Pretty good food and service. The Wednesday crowd can be pretty loud if they have too many drinks. But overall a nice place to grab a bite to eat.
