Stopped thru on our way south. Good honest BBQ. Great Hush Puppies! I love the Cole Slaw It was not overdressed! Ribs done well and fall off the bone, heavy crust that I like. Friendly staff, good service. Made this Yankee happy but I have Tennessee roots.

Twice my wife and I have been here to eat. We live 50+ miles away so stop when we are in town. A great place to stop for food anytime they are open. The views are great as it's in a state park. Bluegrass music is also played here at times. I would definitely keep stopping by when we are in town. A true mom and pops place without any issues I am aware of. The one downside is no alcohol but then again they are in a state park.

Great food, big portions, prices very reasonable, and service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone. Just a minute off the interstate and worth stopping for.
