I am tried of getting attitude when you have a problem with your order and you try to just get it fixed and they give you the same old chicken again. Where is the quality control sell it till it's gone. Whatever happened to making the customer smile instead you make them go away mad. Not all the experience was bad the young lady in the window is always nice every time I go in there and she's always helpful. But the order taker sounds like she is not even happy to be there.I don't ever mind parking for fresh food but when the manager tells me it will be 30 minutes for fresh chicken I just asked for my money back. But then it is like I am troubling them Should be easy but I have to go back and forth over it. But that's OK because Zaxbys is right across the parking lot and they serve fresh chicken with a smile . Good job I hope you lose more customers.

I have been there 4 times and the 4 times was bad experience they always give me some parts of food so cold or old this las time was the mac and cheese and corn because the chicken was raw this time I don’t have a picture of it because I forgot to take it before I throw my food away this is the last time I’m going to this location

For your reading pleasure, I’m going to “live stream” my experience trying to get dinner tonight. 4:57pm, joined drive through line. The dining room is closed with a sign that says drive through only. No problem- or so we thought. 5:01pm, drive through line moves for the first time. 5:09, two cars bail so the line gets a bit shorter. 5:15, took a picture to upload here. 5:18, new Ed Sheehan song comes on the radio. 5:19, cars inching forward. Never mind, false alarm. Cars aren’t moving. 5:21, I noticed their pretty landscaping rocks. Snapped a picture just for you, my loyal Google Maps readers. 5:22, Ooooh, yes! Now we’re moving. I’m next up to order!!!! 5:26, I’m still next in line to order………. Maybe they’re making everything fresh to order? 5:28, I can’t believe it. It’s my turn to order! “Hi, can you hold on one second please.” 5:33, Time to order and spicy chicken sandwiches are sold out. You can’t make this stuff up. 5:38, paid. 5:38, order received!!!!
