I work literally 2 minutes away and come here almost every day in the morning, and for the last few days 6/25(today), 6/24, 6/23, 6/22, 6/21 or 2022 i have been given nothing but old biscuits and i don’t appreciate that, some of this biscuits aren’t even edible.

I think the people that work here just literally could care less about life lol. And then they also seem like they can’t read or something. Coupon said $1 off any salad in huge red letters. I didn’t order the same salad that was pictured on the coupon. The girl asks me if I would like to add that salad to take the $1 off and I’m like it says any salad????? Anyways. The people here always seem to never want to be there, to take your order, to make your food. Never a good attitude it seems like. Majority of the time. I work right by here and my coworkers all seem to have the same issue. Half the time we will sit at the speaker for 5 minutes before pulling around to have someone take out order. 1 out of 10 times do I have a good experience here.

It's hit or miss with this fast food venue. It's either just OK or very good. I have only been inside once because I use the drive thru. For myself, I go here quite a bit for I love the "adventure" of what I am going to actually get! I almost always order a "Biggie Bag" meal.

Burger was nearly warm, got cold before finishing eating it. They didn't have any coffee. There were no cookies in the display case, so I assume they had none. The clerk was untrained, and was difficult to communicate with. I was mostly disappointed with my visit.

These employees are very rude. Extremely poor customer service. If I were the manager / owner of this franchise I would do some customer service training. I know these people work for nearly nothing but no reason to treat others poorly! Life is better when we tear each other well.

This place is awful. I ordered a Jalapeno chicken sandwich, but when they gave me a plain chicken sandwich. Even their normal chicken sandwiches come with lettuce, tomato, and pickles, but mine was completely plain. Purely awful. Also, they didnt give us our card back. I saw they left it on the windowsill and we had to ask for it when we were driving off. Horribly mismanaged and the workers are incompetent.

I placed an order going drive thru, and the lady told me what ever after saying thank you to her after taking my order. She didn't know I heard her. If you don't like working their just walk out and quit.

Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru and ordered (2) Dave's Double hamburgers with cheese, sandwich only.
When I got to the pay window the clerk repeated my order and said these were cheese only. I corrected him with a, no, they were with cheese and everything else. They asked me to pull my car forward at which I had to avoid a HUGE pot hole. After waiting a number of minutes they brought the food to my car.
When I got home guess what was in the bag? (2) Dave's Doubles with cheese only!
I called the store and asked for the manager, the person who answered didn't say much accept, "Wendy's." I had to ask numerous times for a manager or was he the manager before being handed off to the supposed manager. I politely explained my reason for calling at which he said he was sorry and offered nothing else.
This is not my first bad experience at this store. Where are the owners? Where's the corporation? Where's Wendy? The store is sinking.
Things aren't the same since Dave died. Sell or short the stock.
