Charleys Philly Steaks

I honestly don’t know what has happened to the customer service at this Charleys but it has went downhill the last few months. I have been eating at this location for years but the last 4 times I have went, the staff always speak to the customers with attitudes and complete disrespect. I ordered ahead today so I wouldn’t have to deal with this situation, I arrived at my time to pick up the food and the grill cook didn’t have on a mask and only one glove. When I approached to inform them that I was there to pick up an online order, the attitudes quickly showed up. I placed my drink orders with no ice, when the cashier passed me my drinks, I stated that I put “no ice” in the order. His response was, “I saw that but I already made the drinks”. Then I waited for another 25 minutes for the cheesesteaks to get done but the entire time the grill cook was leaning over them with no mask and no regard to local and state regulations. Once the cheesesteaks were done, they bagged them with fries that had been sitting there on the counter in a box since before I approached the counter when I arrived. I grabbed the food, went to my car to check and of course the fries were cold and the lemonades were watered down. With both of those and the grill cook walking around with no mask and one glove, I lost my appetite for the food and threw it away. Needless to say, it was a waste of $27.52. I won’t be returning to this restaurant anytime in the near future.

This is the 2nd time n a week I try to order from here and the lady says "No fries" because her coworker is cleaning the grill 45 min early. Secondly I greet her first and she doesn't even respond. Then says I'm listening as she attempts to take my order with her back facing me. Just terrible company should be embarrassed with there McDonalds like service
