Good food! I had the pho, it was delicious. My family got a Gom and Bun dish and enjoyed both of them. The spring rolls are especially delicious, and they do have a large menu of drinks as well. I got a Thai iced tea and my mom tried to the mango boba, both were tasty

This place is fantastic. Service is a bit slow so expect to sit a while (or order ahead) but the staff is very nice. They were very busy. Our food was excellent and well worth the wait. I got a salad and I'm still thinking about it. So good! Definitely go here. 😋

Love this place, it's super clean and modern. The food is fresh, and prepared with love by a Vietnamese family. Everything is delicious but I especially love the rice paper rolls and the pork banh mi, with fresh toppings and a crispy toasted baguette. Yum!! They are chronically short staffed and often have to rely on students but it's not their fault, there's a shortage of restaurant staff everywhere nowadays. If they're super busy be prepared to wait or pick another time, but definitely give it a try.

This place is one of the best Vietnamese food in Cary area. The restaurant is modern, the staffs are supper helpful and friendly. The food has always been very good to me. By the way, it's one of a few places that has Banh Cuon. Thats the first dish in the first picture posted.. the price is very competitive to other VN restaurants. I would highly recommend it for family or coworkers. It may be a bit casual for a business lunch or dinner in suit jackets but you could probably get away with it. Enjoy!

Very bad experience, we ordered online for pickup at 12pm sharp, arrived at the restaurant at 12:30pm, the waitress was very unfriendly and told us our order was not even started preparing, and the chef does not even have a estimated on when it will be ready. What a joke. Online order showed it’s ready for pickup at 12:30pm. We waited at the restaurant for another 50 minutes. Very well done No.1 slow pho. I will come back and will share the experience with every friend of mine.

Their service is going down. So slow and unprofessional. My experience with them the last two times are unhappy at all. Once I called to order to pick up for 2 dishes, and they said my order was ready within 40 minutes, I agreed. However, when I arrived after 50 minutes my order was still not done so I had to wait for another 20 minutes more. And the last time I ordered online through Uber eat, this order included 6 dishes. But after the order was delivered, I discovered that No.1 Pho was missing one of my dish. They crossed out my dish “Combo Fried Rice” without telling me, I was charged for that missing order also included tax, service fee and tipping (by % of total amount) through uber eat. Never going back.

Been here a couple of times over the years and it seems to disappoint each time. The broth test wonderful but small servings, this time we got it to go and the amount you get for 15 bucks is not worth it. Not enough broth in the container, it was only filled just passed the half way, small amount of noodles and don't even get me started on the meats. We also got the bum mi too and not worth it as well. I believe I paid around 6 or 7 bucks for it, can't tell you as I didn't get a receipt, but very small for a 7 buck sandwich.

We have been loyal customers for the past year, but were treated so poorly today we won’t be giving them any more business. They gave our food to the wrong person, who brought it back, but they refused to do anything about it given that our food was exposed to a stranger during a pandemic. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused to come out of the kitchen so I was unable to address the issue appropriately. Have never faced any issue like this at any restaurant before, and I intend on giving my business to those who treat their customers with respect. Very disappointing.
