Had taken out a to-go order for a pita pocket which was half empty with no sauce though had requested the server to put enough toppings, they refused to put extra topping in the pita and I felt the pita combo is pretty overpriced now( they increased prices by about $5) I took fries and spicy hummus sauce on the side which was decent(that is why the 2 stars)

Popped in to grab a quick salad for lunch and was so pleased to see how fresh everything looked. I got the spicy hummus and a chicken salad. It was so delicious, so fresh, and yummy. I'm craving that salad again today. I'll be going back. I can't wait to try another dish. If you love Mediterranean food you'll be very happy with this little treasure.

I eat from this location pretty frequently but today will be my last! I’m typically served by owner or the young AA man that works there. Today another worker who I’ve never seen before( probably a new hire) served me and I’m doing what I can not to call the health inspector. When I walked into order the young lady who was working with some pots and wearing gloves. She turned around and asked me what she could get me and I ordered a platter with three sides. I asked for a salad which she poured the remnants of a previous salad into my box, that was fine it when I asked for her to add more lettuce leaves to my salad she proceeded to use the same clothes she had just been handling the pots to pick out a few leaves from the serving box and then use her hands to “massage” the new leaves into the already made salad that was sitting in my box. With the same hand she turned around to grab the flying basket to get the fries I ordered which look like they’ve been sitting in all morning and put my fries into the box from the basket. Again with the same hand she then dipped her fingers into the rest of the salad to place my toppings. She grabbed the serving spoon for the chicken with the same hands and put the chicken into the pot. She then turned around to do the same thing to the next customer. Maybe I’m being picky but I’d rather not have every surface of the restaurant served in my meal. We left and will likely not return unless the two clean employees I mentioned are working.

I picked up the meal for four the first time ever and we were highly disappointed. I eat here regularly and most everything is great. I spent $80 today and the protein portion of the meal was lacking a lot. Barely enough meat for four pitas. The fries and rice were plenty though that’s not what we all wanted for the most part. I’ve honestly simply had a gyro with almost this amount of protein in the past for a fraction of the price. I suppose I will stick with individual meals in hopes that everyone gets enough food. Not worth the cost at all…

My husband and I live in Apex and drive in to this location as we order the Chicken Zaki. It is always delicious as the filing tastes great and the wrap pressed nice and crispy. Unfortunately, today it failed to deliver as when I arrived home to enjoy it, it was not crispy at all and literally the filing was falling out (it apparently was not on the press for as long as it normally is)...thus I have to finish cooking it at home. Lastly ensure that the people handling your food change their gloves out...I observed today that everything is touched by the staff (w/out thought of changing gloves)....food, register, bags. This is unfortunate because our family will not be patronizing this business again and I will definitely caution my friends and acquaintances.

Although the food is great I would not recommend placing an online order. I am on my 3rd Greek salad that the request you pay $3.00 for extra protein and it was omitted from my order once again. I'm out of $9.00 in protein that I am not getting and paying for. I do not have this problem when I am in the restaurant but their online order skills are horrible.

I am not sure what changes were made in the past months with staffing and training but I had worst experience ever. First I waited for a long time to place an order and I saw about 3-4 employees walking around and not acknowledging, then I wanted to place my order and the cashier start arguing with me about that(I have always got The same order for last 2 yrs with no problem) she was loud and was very confrontational. I was so mad that I left the store without getting my food. Very disappointed with the level of customer service and training the staff properly
