Mcdonald's

Note the other 1-star reviews as well. Decided to use the actual McDonald’s app. Was sick and husband ran out to get food. Order was totally made wrong. When we called, the manager - Emmanuel - was horribly rude. He kept saying “Whatever and byyyeeeee…” trying to hang up. No way also to refund in the app. After husband drove back up to get correct order, they gave us back a bag of ice cold food. Longest two hours of my life. Save yourself. Don’t go to this one. Like ever.

I went there at exactly 10:05 PM on Friday 9/18 and they were turning away customers when they had a clear sign on their door stating there hours of operation until 11PM on Fridays. There was a long line of customers all wasting their time waiting to be served. I parked and went in because their sign said open, and the door was locked. They were all in there standing around. Here are pictures to prove that they don’t care about their customers. DO NOT GO HERE!

Clean and great service! Friendly and efficient staff that keeps things moving so quickly. ########Edit****** based on today's visit 09/15/2021. From 7:30 pm. We hope you will do better in the future. Well, I need to bring down the 5 stars to 0 actually, but I let it keep as 2 as the experience I had may be a rare one. 1. No soap/hand sanitizer in the men's room (as I had my spouse with me to assist me) 2. Floating two big cups on men's toilet (found disgusting, not employees but the people with a little brain are to blame) 3. Got cold/old nuggets, she was happy to make some fresh nuggets. To our displeasure, it came as hot (like it!) but cooked in oil which needed a change long ago, tasked bad (didn't complain them this time). It was like having "junk food more junk". 4. Staffs are all young, seem understaffed (a customer, entered, waited, and left as none showed up at kiosk) or these fellows are not doing their job, I don't know. We missed that old, wise lady who manages this place excellent!

I was there to order food & pick up a door dash order! They told me my doordash order was not yet ready and to come inside. When I came inside a woman who was of Hispanic decent came up to me (I assume a manager as she was directing everyone else working at the time) and ask what I was here for. I told her I was here to pick up a doordash order and gave her my order number… she rudely replied (well that’s not ready right now) I proceeded to wait for 10 minutes and when she handed me the order I said Thank you!! And she replied with an eye roll 🙄.. Awful customer service and I will not be back!
