H Mart

This is by far the best and largest selection of Asian foods {Grocery Store} I have ever seen! Their vegetables, fruits and seafood look very fresh with an amazing variety. One of the most unique features of H Mart is that they have six individual restaurant within the store that have dine in or takeout. You can place your order, then do your shopping and then get your meal to go. They even have a bakery and a smoothie shop near the front of the store! Employees and very helpful and friendly and can point you in the right direction.

A large selection of Asian groceries, everything is neatly organised, plenty of space to walk in the isles,not cramped. Large selection of fresh vegetables, imported fruits,fish both frozen and fresh,live crabs in the tank,very helpful fish monger's.i saw atleast 5 Asian restaurants instead beside a small seating area and a juice parlour. Really impressive, prices are affordable, plenty of free parking. Check out staff are very friendly.

Awesome Korean oriented Asian market with a full service restaurant, and seafood market inside. Offers a wide selection of Korean, Japanese and some Chinese authentic ingredients and supplements. I had a blast just wandering the aisle and filling my cart. Not inexpensive but if you must have that exotic ingredient they likely have it.

We drove > 2 hours because we heard about the variety of tropical fruits and vegetables this store carried. Thought we would get at least fresh enough Caribbean products here. Visited on a Monday 3/21/2212:55pm 63666117. I was sorely disappointed because stocks were low and a lot of products obviously were bad, too old, spoiled. We chose what appeared to be good produce and the real disappointment began when we arrived home and started to sample things. We have been robbed. The 4 mangoes for $2.50 each, many of the Ataulfo types( young, white not yellow color inside or brown spoiling), a case of the 8 for $12.99 were all bad, 2 young coconuts, 2 pomegranates ( brown inside)and parts of a jack fruit were all bad, spoiled inside and inedible. Our COMPOST got good fodder but my plan was to purchase these for food! This store is a rip off, passing off spoiled goods, some like the ginger and coconuts with deceptive techniques. I live too far away to return for a refund. Shame on this establishment.

Do not buy hard goods here. The portable gas bbq stove I purchased a year ago stopped working after 3 uses. Tried to bring back to see why it wasn’t working. Rude unfriendly manager at customer service desk said unless I had receipt and purchased 7 days ago, there was nothing he could do. He acted like I was trying to swindle them and suggested I broke the cheap plastic knob which was not the issue. After 2 hour drive to get to H mart, I left on counter and walked away. I bought new one on Amazon. Much better choices, prices and customer service. H Mart does not have proper professional customer service. Do not buy hard goods from here!!

Wow! If you're near the West Cary area THIS is the Asian grocery store you want to be at. There is a stunning variety of produce available (everything from regular supermarket fare to sugar cane and Asian potatoes), too many spices and sauces to count, and candies galore. But let's talk about what makes H Mart (and -this- H Mart) so special. If you're a hungry there are several restaurants ready to serve you a piping hot (and authentic) lunch. You can pick up kimchi and delicate slices of thin cut meat if you want to serve something up quick at home. Most importantly there are so, so, SO many noodles (not Just Korean brands too, but also Taiwanese, Chinese, Thai, etc), and shelves full of your favorite Korean snacks. And let's not forget that their freezer section has like a bazillion things that you can microwave for an unhealthy midnight snack. I know why you come to a place like this--so you should come to a place like this and check it out!
