DO NOT GET DELIVERY!
Placed a 1 mile away order for our family, it’s been over an hour and we still do not have our food. We called the store multiple times and they just said that our food was made (45 minutes ago….so there goes the freshness) and they’re just waiting for the delivery driver to come get it. If they told us it would be this long, we wouldn’t have even ordered.
Update: an hour and a half total, had to just call and cancel the order. Fortunately they were able to cancel and refund over the phone

Careful ordering online here. I’ve had to wait over an hour to get a pick-up order completed. Food is always great and the staff is friendly, but for some reason online tickets aren’t thrown in the que like the rest of in person orders. Might want to just go inside, order, and wait like the old days before apps.

Not even worth 1 star!! Ordered 1 sandwich, delivery was not even a quarter mile away. My order was not delivered till nearly an hour later (Ordered @ 2:13, Delivered @ 3:01). Called multiple times and got someone on the phone who had no idea what he was doing. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!!! Will be contacting corporate on Monday and demanding to speak to the store owner directly. Now, back to my soggy, over-priced, and tipped for sandwich and pickle that were just delivered.

Consistent quality subs and good service at this location. I visit about once a week, preferring this location over another one that’s a little closer to my house. Only once was I concerned about the cleanliness behind the counter, so I’m deducting a star.

My sandwiches are always delivered quickly and the quality is always great! They’ve never forgotten -any- customizations I’ve made to my orders. Love this location :) The negative reviews are definitely some hangry Karen’s 🤣

I ordered a vito and when I got home (30 mins away) there was no meat or cheese just Lettuce. I called to speak to someone and was told they would call me back.... nobody did. Filled out customer survey and still nothing. I understand being short staffed but at least they could of made it right.

Only 1 slice of turkey on my beach club. Manager said he made it and the portion is correct. Really sad for a $15 sandwich. They also forgot my drink. 2 stars bc it a kinda fast.

I was so distracted by the dirtiness that I left with out my chips.photo included. Both the guy making sandwiches and the guy at the register were tossing trash behind them with no concern over the mess. The food area didn’t look clean either. I will never go back to that location. I wonder what the health department would say. They likely have a bug or rodent problem with that mess.
